Scope drifts
Requests, quotes, clarifications, and acceptance criteria can diverge without a visible decision trail.
For teams building custom automation
Lanta brings requirements, design reviews, changes, actions, and verification evidence into one traceable workspace—so engineering leaders can see what changed, who owns the next step, and what remains unresolved.
Early prototype for custom machinery and industrial automation teams.
The coordination gap
Customer commitments, CAD reviews, controls changes, shop-floor decisions, and test results often live in different places. Engineering leaders are left reconstructing what changed and whether the follow-through is complete.
Requests, quotes, clarifications, and acceptance criteria can diverge without a visible decision trail.
A useful comment becomes ambiguous when the model, drawing, or configuration has already moved on.
Mechanical changes can create electrical, controls, procurement, assembly, and retest work that is easy to miss.
A prior result may still be valid—or may need review—when the tested configuration changes.
How the work connects
Start where the work starts. Lanta keeps the source, revision, decision, owner, and evidence connected as the project moves.
Keep customer requests, accepted commitments, assumptions, and unresolved differences visible beside their sources.
Examine the relevant document or model revision, place a finding, and preserve the discussion and decision.
Assess affected work across disciplines, assign accountable actions, and separate technical decisions from commercial authorization.
Connect checks and evidence to the exact configuration, then expose what still blocks the next milestone.
Requirements & Scope
Review requirements beside their source, separate assumptions from commitments, and record unresolved differences without turning a draft into an approval.
Reviews & Decisions
Review translated models and supporting files in context, anchor findings, discuss them, assign ownership, and preserve the resulting decision.
Changes & Actions
Record the proposed departure, ask each discipline what is affected, and keep actions, blockers, authorizations, and verification conditions visible.
Validation & Readiness
Record checks and results for the configuration that was actually tested, review whether prior evidence still applies, and make milestone blockers explicit.
Existing tools remain authoritative
Lanta connects the context around requirements, models, drawings, change records, and test evidence. Your CAD, PLM/PDM, controls, ERP, and formal release processes remain authoritative.
The prototype uses real APS model viewing. Other external-system connections will be evaluated with design partners instead of being implied today.
Design partner program
We’re speaking with engineering leaders at custom machinery and automation companies to test Lanta against real requirements, review, change, and validation workflows.

FAQ
Lanta is an early product, and the boundaries matter as much as the ambition.
Lanta is being designed for engineering managers, directors, and cross-functional teams building customized machinery and industrial automation systems.
No. Lanta connects requirements, reviews, changes, actions, and evidence around the tools and formal processes that remain authoritative.
Lanta is currently an early prototype demonstrated in guided sessions. We are speaking with potential design partners rather than offering self-serve access.
The current program is intended as a focused four-month collaboration: early access in exchange for practical feedback on an agreed workflow. Specific terms are discussed directly.
